Eleux Hair Collection Refund Policy

At Eleux Hair Collection, we take pride in providing premium-quality raw hair. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

However, we understand that concerns may arise. If you receive an incorrect order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@eleuxcollection.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

To be eligible for review:

Hair must be unused

Bundles must remain intact

No alterations (cutting, coloring, installing)

Once hair has been worn, installed, dyed, or altered in any way, it is no longer eligible for review.
